广西酿豆腐卜
这是妈妈的食谱,作法简单也好吃。如果你喜欢韭菜的话,就更因该要试哦 !
材料:
豆腐卜
韭菜
虾仁
虾米
做法 :
1。韭菜切小段,虾仁切粒。爆香虾米和蒜茸,加入虾粒和韭菜略炒,加一点盐继续炒,盛起待凉
2。豆腐卜切一个开口,把馅料塞进去
3。把豆腐卜放进锅里加点水和蚝油焖大约十分钟
