Ingredient :

160g cream cheese

60g milk

35g butter

25g flour

3 egg

40g sugar

lemon juice

1) 100C for 60min, 170C for 10 min

2) If bake 2 cakes, all ingredients x 2, except egg, 5 eggs

65g  butter

30g  icing sugar

1/2  egg

1 tsp  lemon juice

110g  flour

10g  milk powder

Filing

115g  cream cheese

55g  icing sugar

75g  durian flash

1/2  egg

1 tsp  lemon juice
