Ingredients :

Pastry Dough

100gm butter
50gm icing sugar
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
180g, plain flour, sifted
15 gm milk powder

Filling
.
175gm cream cheese, at room temperature
90gm icing sugar
75gm durian flesh, mashed (can put more, mine I put 150gm)
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice

Method :
.
1. Beat butter and icing sugar. Add lemon juice and beat until fluffy. Add in egg and mix well.
2. Fold in flour and milk powder. Mix to form a smooth dough
3. Roll out pastry dough on a flat surface. Line a 20cm pie tin with the pastry
4. Bake blind in preheated oven at 170 C for 15 minutes or until half cooked. Set aside
5. For the filling, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Stil in durian flesh, then add lemon juice to mix
6. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 35 to 40 minutes or until
golden and set. Remove from oven to cool
